Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters in Budapest that “if someone has objections about the Law On Family Values and Protection of Minors, they should specify which articles and norms they disagree with.”
According to Kobakhidze, “The law is about determining whether a man is a man and whether a woman is a woman. This must be spelt out.”
“Many European nations’ laws allow any man to instantly transition into a woman and then back to a man. Our law aims to prevent it. We believe it is completely ugly.
Therefore, we need legislation that protects our country from such developments, safeguards schools from LGBT propaganda, and addresses child protection and primary concerns,” Kobakhidze explained.
