Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said Estonia and Lithuania imposed sanctions on Georgian high-ranking officials which is “absolutely frivolous, confirming that these countries are not governed sovereignly.”
Kobakhidze told reporters in Dubai that, in light of their long-standing relationship, the Georgian government has made the principled decision to maintain its unilateral friendship with Estonia.
“These states do not have sovereign authorities and they act on orders exactly the same way as the radical opposition, however, we, taking into account the long-standing friendship that binds us with the Estonian people, will remain in a unilateral friendship with this country, this is our principled decision,” the PM added.
