The interim parliamentary commission tasked with investigating the activities of government and political officials who served between 2003 and 2012 will hold its first sitting on February 13.
During this meeting, the commission will elect a chairperson and secretary and approve its regulations.
The commission comprises the following members from the Georgian Dream (GD) faction: Tea Tsulukiani, Aleksandre Tabatadze, Tengis Sharmanashvili, Aluda Ghudushauri, and Paata Salia.
Sozar Subari, Guram Macharashvili, and Ilia Injia will represent the parliamentary opposition on the commission.
The commission is set to have ten members in total. Two seats remain vacant for non-factional members and are designated for the Gakharia For Georgia party MPs.
