“Energy was the main sphere of talks. I believe we will have tangible progress in relations in the nearest future based on the signed agreements,” Georgian Prime Minister Itakli Kobakhidze told reporters.
According to the PM, Turkmenistan is a rich country with energy resources.
“We can offer assistance to Turkmenistan in transiting energy resources. Besides, we are also interested in the acquisition of energy resources from Turkmenistan. We had interesting talks and I believe we will reach tangible progress in relations shortly based on the agreements we signed,” said the PM.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze pays an official visit to Turkmenistan.
