They are so unsubstantiated that they would not be worth attention\u00a0if not one factor \u2013 we are talking about healthcare, human health and life.<\/p>\n<p>This is a sheer lie. There are no signs demonstrating any impediment to the proper functioning of the healthcare system. Everything planned is implemented in due time.
