However, I believe financing is not merely a political issue; it is crucial for the country’s survival, elections, democracy, and European future. Everyone has their own reasons for their decisions. As for us, we are the only political party blocked from all funding channels. If you want to know about financing, direct your inquiries to those opposition parties that suddenly gained millions just a month before the elections. I have strong suspicions about the origins of that money and suggest you investigate it. When we say we will not grant legitimacy, it includes rejecting any such funding. How we proceed with this is nobody’s business, especially not those opposition parties that should be concentrating on their own challenges,” Gakharia concluded.

He noted that the question of convening a parliamentary session on November 25 has not been presented to the court. Turava clarified that two election-related claims were filed with the Constitutional Court nearly simultaneously and are currently being reviewed together. “Expedited procedures are unnecessary since the matter is already classified as urgent under current legal provisions. The maximum term allotted is one month; everything must be resolved within this timeframe. Work on both lawsuits commenced upon their registration, and the court’s decision will be published as soon as the initial stage is completed,” Turava stated. He also mentioned that the court members were scheduled to convene later today to establish the precise timeline for their decision.
