UNM’s Khabeishvili: October 4 will end era of political ‘traders’ along with Ivanishvili’s gang

“October 4 will mark the end of the era of political ‘traders’, ‘opposition employees’,” Levan Khabeishvili, chairman of the Political Council of the United National Movement party, wrote on his Facebook page.

According to Khabeishvili, October 4 should be regarded as a new starting point, belonging not to political figures but to the Georgian people.

“The victory day of October 4 does not belong to the ‘political’ oppositionists. This day is a public, national day. October 4 is a new starting point. The era of political ‘traders,’ and ‘employees’ in the opposition will end along with Ivanishvili’s gang of torturers. This will be the beginning of an absolutely new era, where the main role will be played by His Excellency the Georgian people,” Khabeishvili wrote.

He added that he sees himself not as a leader, but as a servant of the people.
