Speaker: Most valuable dividend comes from investing in peace

“Time has proven that an investment in peace brings the most valuable dividend,” writes Parliament Chairman Shalva Papuashvili on social media.

As Papuashvili emphasises, no one can care for the country better than its own citizens.

“Time has proven that an investment in peace brings the most valuable dividend. After observing many wise teachers and misguided advisers, we must remember that no one can care for our country more effectively than we can ourselves. This is the essence and aim of sovereignty,” concludes Papuashvili.
