“We want to ultimately secure a place among the top three leading countries in the world in terms of low corruption levels – the political will for this exists, and the rest depends on implementing the right policies,” stated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.
According to Kobakhidze, the Georgian government will do everything possible to ensure the country makes maximum progress in this direction.
“For example, in the case of the government, you know that all decrees, all legal acts adopted by the government are transparent, and thousands of our acts have been made public through our website to date, with no complaints about any of them. I would, of course, advise all public institutions to follow the Georgian government’s example, to be proactive and transparent,” Kobakhidze declares.
